1. Provider

These Terms govern your use of TOOLBRIDGE (https://toolbridge.cloud), operated by:

2. The service

TOOLBRIDGE is a managed gateway for Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers: you register upstream MCP servers, and your AI agents call them through one authenticated gateway URL per server; TOOLBRIDGE adds authentication, rate limiting, usage metering, and a persistent memory store your agents can read and write. It also offers a public playground where anyone can chat with a Claude model (via Amazon Bedrock) that uses the tools of a demo server or of a public MCP server URL.

3. Accounts and API keys

You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information; you are responsible for all activity under your account and API keys; API keys are shown once at creation, keep them secret, revoke compromised keys immediately in the dashboard.

4. Plans, billing and cancellation

• Free — $0/month: 1,000 tool calls per month, 2 MCP servers, 1,000 memory items, 60 requests per minute
• Starter — $29/month: 50,000 tool calls per month, 10 MCP servers, 100,000 memory items, 300 requests per minute
• Pro — $199/month: 500,000 tool calls per month, unlimited MCP servers, unlimited memory items, 1,200 requests per minute

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance in USD via Stripe; plan changes take effect immediately and are prorated; you can cancel at any time in the billing portal and keep access until the end of the paid period; on the Free plan, metered calls are refused once the monthly allowance is used; paid plans are not cut off at their included volume and usage above it is currently not charged separately — we will announce any overage pricing at least 30 days before it applies; fees already paid are not refunded, except under the right of withdrawal below or where the law requires it; prices may change with 30 days' notice.

5. Your MCP servers and credentials

You may only connect servers and credentials you are authorized to use; TOOLBRIDGE forwards your agents' requests to the upstream URLs you configure and returns their responses; upstream credentials you provide are stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM) and only used to call that upstream; upstream servers must be reachable on the public internet (private, loopback and link-local addresses are blocked); we are not responsible for the behavior, availability, or output of third-party upstream servers.

6. Public playground

Can be used without an account; messages, model replies, and tool inputs/outputs are processed by Anthropic Claude models on Amazon Bedrock; every playground session is stored and can be viewed by anyone who has its link, so do not enter secrets or personal data; usage is limited per visitor and per day; the playground may be changed or withdrawn at any time.

7. Acceptable use

Do not:

• use the service for anything unlawful;
• attack, scan, or overload third-party systems through the gateway or the playground;
• attempt to reach private networks or cloud metadata endpoints;
• circumvent rate limits or quotas, including by creating multiple accounts;
• resell or sublicense the service without written permission;
• store or transmit malware or content that infringes others' rights.

8. Your content

You keep all rights to content you store (memory items, server configurations); you grant us only the rights needed to operate the service; we do not sell your data.

9. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service; do not rely on TOOLBRIDGE as the only safeguard for critical systems.

10. Liability

Nubri GmbH is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body, or health, and under the German Product Liability Act. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations and limited to foreseeable, typical damage.

11. Termination and account deletion

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms; you can delete your account at any time in Settings; deleting your account cancels any active subscription immediately (the current period is not refunded, except under the right of withdrawal below or where the law requires it) and deletes your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you can withdraw from a paid subscription within 14 days without giving a reason; the 14 days start on the day the contract is made. Tell us clearly by email to info@nubri.co or by letter to Nubri GmbH, Liebenowzeile 22, 12167 Berlin, Germany; you can use the form below, but you don't have to. Sending your notice before the 14 days end is enough.

We refund what you paid within 14 days of receiving your notice, to the payment method you used. Because you asked at checkout for the service to start straight away, you pay for the share of the billing period up to your withdrawal.

13. Governing law

The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods; mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected; exclusive place of jurisdiction for merchants is Berlin, Germany.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
